What is FormMaps?
FormMaps is a college and career guidance platform. Four assessments — personality, competencies, aptitude, and 360° feedback — combine into a personalized roadmap of career matches, best-fit majors, and college options.
Is this just a personality quiz?
No. FormMaps uses validated assessments — including a performance-based aptitude measure and a 360° multi-rater layer that verifies strengths with input from teachers, peers, and family. Results are normed, not arbitrary labels.
Who is FormMaps for?
Schools (counselors and leadership) use it to guide every student at scale; students use it to find their path; parents use it to support that path with confidence.
How long do the assessments take?
About 45 minutes in total across the four assessments, and a student can complete them across multiple sittings.
Is FormMaps available in Spanish?
Yes — the experience is built for full English and Spanish parity, for both students and parents.
How is student data protected?
FormMaps is FERPA, COPPA, and GDPR aligned, with Colombia Ley 1581 support for Latin-American users, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access. See our Trust & Security page.
